Job Description Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience in planning, managing and executing lead generation campaigns for acquiring borrowers for different types of loans or lenders as investors in the past.
  • Knowledge of all aspect of digital performance marketing touch points - social, digital, ASO, app install campaigns.
  • Working closely with key stake holders (internal and external) - should have had people interfacing opportunity in the past.
  • Working closely with the creative and media agency to plan and launch campaigns - should have front ended conversations with agencies and provided briefs in his past roles
  • Overall minimum 5 years experience in the marketing field leading and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Please note: Only candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in creating and executing lead generation campaigns for loan or investment products need apply.  
Faircent is looking for a well rounded marketing professional who can execute lead generation campaigns for acquiring lenders and borrowers independently and also manage stake holders across teams (both external and internal).
The role will need capabilities in the following :
Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Financial Services Industry especially on Investment and Loans side.
  • Very good knowledge of campaign management across digital media
  • Good knowledge of digital and social media platforms especially facebook, google, linkedin
  • Good knowledge of email marketing
  • Good knowledge of running app install campaigns across facebook, google, affiliates.
  • Knowledge of tools like google analytics, marketing automation etc.
Skills:
  • Ability to create excellent and articulate presentations and plans.
  • Very good planning and execution skills
  • Excellent ideation skills and on the go thinking
  • Proficient with office software.

  • Impact Focus: Understands business impact of marketing campaigns
  • Can track the campaign performance across digital channels and tracking of installs to registrations to disbursement as desired results analytically
